Say which city and state you are calling about or type in the zip code. Say the business name or category you want. They will provide you with a list of businesses meeting your criteria. Choose the place you want. GOOG-411 will connect you with that business. You can also say "text message" and they will send you information about the business you selected. If your phone has internet, you can say "map it" and you will receive a map of the surrounding area. All this for free, awesome!
