My interest in the topic of resist...Very good post. My interest in the topic of resistance to change started when I worked in public schools many years ago and I always wondered why my ideas tended to die untimely deaths. (I suppose youth and arrogance may have contributed heavily to that.) But it was more than that. Your list is a good one. I especially like the emphasis on bottoms up AND top down. Yes.<br />Also, I suggest that my clients address WHY before even thinking about HOW. People are not interested in HOW until they can see and feel WHY a change is needed.
